Dear Friends and Supporters,
I am so pleased with the success of our three events so far this autumn – all sold out and I’ve received lots of feedback telling me that you’ve appreciated the wonderful authors who have entertained us and found the new venues I’ve been trying in and around Oundle, accessible and atmospheric.
If ever you want to contact me with ideas, comments, suggestions etc – please either email me at info@authorsinoundle.co.uk or leave a comment on social media, I’d love to hear from you.
There is still time to book your tickets for our final event of 2024 with Ajay & Francis at the end of November. This will be a wonderful conversation about the Fens and those who work to preserve them for us all to enjoy. Wicken Fen is one of Britain’s oldest nature reserves and has been a National Trust property since 1899. It is home to over 9400 species and provides a rich and diverse habitat. Ajay Tegala is very passionate about his work as a warden there, and would love to share his knowledge with you. He is really looking forward to chatting to Francis Pryor, who himself is hugely knowledgeable about the Fens.
Best Wishes
Helen Shair, Founder and Director
